Return Policy 

We accept returns of domestic orders within 28 days of the date the order was shipped. We accept both in-store and online returns. 

To start your return process, kindly email Lauren.islandcharms@gmail.com with your order number. 

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs and logistics. 

Products must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. 

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges of all in-store and online purchases within 28 days.
